The weekend and this weeks forecast…
Yay so today I did 5 x 50 feet sled pull (with well over 20kg) in front of my house, it was pretty funny when my 5 year old neighbor sat on his front porch to watch me pull. He was adorable.
Since I’ve already doubled in size (upper body) last week I’ll try fragmenting my zone meal with twice the amount of protein and fat for 1 part carbs….. to me sounds like it would decrease the fat %. So I’ll try that for 5 days with my new strength training….
