Paleo challenge day 11/14
Where should I start!? This week have been a paleo mess! I didn’t had last sunday to plan all my meals and cook everything which resulted in big struggle. I still managed to eat paleo at every meal except for two. They still consisted in mostly protein and veggie but had more starchy element. Anyway I refuse to beat myself down cause of the cheat. It happens and life goes on. Now I’m back on track.
This challenge is almost over with 3 days left and seriously I never thought it would be so good and easy. I’m definitely seeing changes and feel terrific. I made the choice to stick with this lifestyle and keep doing what I’m doing. I love it.
I have so much coming up next year. I just received my training program for the next year for my triathlon. Trust me I can’t kid around with this.
I’m also planning my yearly rest period and pre competition plan. Don’t worry I’ll share everything with you on here.
