Valentine’s day WOD is coming!
Hey guys so like I’ve said before Tom Toppins and I are making the Vday wod challenge and I’m finishing up the workout as we speak!
Just a reminder that if you want to videotape yourself and do the workout just let me know so I can prepare the score sheets.
FYI it will be a good WOD to prepare yourself for the OPEN :)

Shopping Spree!
I have too many clothes already but I really like starting the year with a few new pieces of clothing.
One of m goal this year to look like a lady even if I’m at the gym.
Here’s what I got

Crossfit Fire were nice enough to order me one of their hoodie :)
Then I went crazy at lululemon and bought some really nice things
This bra in black - it’s so flattering I think I’ll wear it every day.
Since I first saw it on Miranda I’ve been dreaming about it.

That tank top in pink and charcoal. It think that weight lifting in that tank would be bad ass.
I virtually live in these pants I swear with them I can do as many burpees as I want, run to my gymnastic class or go to class without any problem.
ok you have to watch this! At first i was it Awww man another douche bag but then i was like WHOA…. WTF… MAKE HIM STOP and FUCK NO!
Waaaaaaaaiiiiiiit a second there! 235 pounds here is taking it a little too far.
Come on! She probably weighs 95 pounds!

I saw this on the Eastbay website and I was wondering if that could be a good purchase for my triathlon…. Instead of having to put on clothes after the swimming part i could slide in this and do the biking and running part without having to worry about anything….
What do you guys think?
